Hubby bought a low fat milk for me and I've been drinking it one glass a day. Actually I drink at night before bed because it helps me get a good night sleep. I thought that milk is the only good source of calcium until I find this best calcium supplements that helps specially when you have joint pains.
I don't suffer joints pain yet, but its really good to know that there are supplements we can get to help us when pains occurs.
