Paksiw na Tilapia for dinner

I made a "paksiw na tilapia" last night for dinner. I like fish but hubby doesn't like fish that much so its like that I was the only one eating it. So after we have dinner since there was a lot of left over food, we decided to brought it hubby'd parents since his sister said that they haven't have dinner yet.

I like cooking and to me cooking is like an art you can do anything you like. And probably its the artsy life side of me since I felt like there's no art in me.(hihi).

Tomorrow, I am hoping to make "embutido"   to share with them as well. Crossing my finger though. I hope laziness won't hinder me. hehehehe!
