9 days no post :(

Goodness! what was I thinking?!
This really pass through my eyes and I didn't even notice it.
I was occupied of a lot of things maybe reason why it took me nine days to update.
Well, I may sorry for what happen, bu there's really nothing I can do now but feel sorry for myself!

Tinapa con pasta ala Doi

I was doing something on my computer and was really not into cooking for dinner the other day (..but what choice could I have), so while contemplating of what to do, hubby excitedly came to me and said, "I have a great idea for dinner!" 

this is "tinapa con pasta ala doi"

ingredients:

spaghetti noodles (cooked)

(smoked fish) 3pcs tinapa (hinay)

onions

garlic

parsley 

salt/seasoning

in a pan, saute garlic, onions and tinapa (smoked fish) until color turns brown add a little bit salt and seasoning then join in the cooked noodles and parsley. serve warm!

Hungry mode :(

We ate early later this evening than usual because hubby suggested a pasta food for dinner. Even though I was too tired to do anything and pasta was not on my menu, I still give in to hubby's craving for one condition... that he would be the one to prepare the food.  

I'll be posting probably by my next post the food that hubby cooked, but the picture below is actually one of my friends that I copied. This is just to emphasize my cravings for food. Actually.. this don't satisfy me but just  fuel up the grumbling stomach.

Collectible coins

Are you fan of coins? May it be a collection of old coins or new coins or printed coins or a token from something or from something. As for me I do have some of these collectible coins that I've got; some from friends and some I've got from the places I'd been.  It's fun collecting challenge coins specially if you have a place to display it on. As for my collection coins it's somewhere in my closet or worse some kiddos probably had it.

Good health is necessary these days

Having a four months old baby in the house is no easy thing to do. It's fun and exciting but not an easy thing. With all the waking up very early in the morning and not to mention that you also get up every after hour to check if her diaper is still okay or her back is not perspiring  or she will wake up for food or wake you up just for companionship.

During the day time with her sleeping and you want to sleep as well but just can't because you need to do the laundry, wash the dishes, clean the house, prepare meals, tidy up yourself or do blogging and facebook. Your time is so valuable and very short unlike in the old days where you have all your time to yourself. Well.. anyways,  in the midst of these chaos busyness, I still praise God co'z having my baby is the most wonderful thing that ever happen to me and one best gift from the Lord aside from having a great hubby.

Having a really good... good health is very.. very  important these days for me and hubby. We cannot afford to get sick with our baby around. Though back pain visits us every now and then, we try to get the best back pain relief ever so that the pain will go away till another health problems arises. Coughs and colds visits our family of three more often too because of the climate change (giving blame to the climate change), and these visitors are really stubborn because it stays longer no matter how we drives it away.

Now, I putting my faith with regards of my health issues with the best of meds   and amazing health problem solution and I try to eat healthy to get fit as well. But one thing I really does when things get worst is prayer. I really prayed hard for the good health of my family :)

Gifts (birthday and christmas)

With Christmas is coming soon like a signal number three typhoon and so it my heart and mind is being stormed by thoughts of what to gift my family,godchildren and friends as well. There were even times that I want to hold back the time to June so that i can still have ample time to save and earn. Yet, there is nothing I can do now since it's 50 days before Christmas already, and this count down is driving me crazy.

I felt like I needed to give Christmas gifts since I don't give gift on birthdays specially to family co'z I know they are expecting. Good thing my girlfriends are  not expecting anything from me co'z they are able people, they definitely can afford the things they want. All they want is... friends would come on their birthdays co'z it's one thing that made us come together and have fellowship. So, whenever a friend's birthday is coming soon, we make it a point that we tell what food we're going to bring.  And as for me I see to it that I can cook food to brought as my  girlfriend birthday gifts.
