Munch food at six in the morning

munch food at three in the afternoon
munch food at seven at night
...and a snack at eleven... just before bedtime.
Goodness, I can't help but do these because I get tired and hungry, but totally not blaming my baby. I just wish that I can take safe diet pills that works in excuse to my bad eating habit. I'm hoping though that when my baby gets older I'll be able to eat healthy because my baby is eating my food as well.
