Pros and cons
I don't drink coffee that much these days co'z my doctor told me so. Not to drink coffee is just one of those she told me that to do and it means there's more. I'm doing good right now my body stop asking for more caffeine, but the first week was not that very co'z it made so irritable. Poor hubby co'z he's mostly the recipient of my "coffee/caffeine withdrawal".
Drinking coffee is just the same with smoking cigars... we get mostly the bad effect. At least with coffee we could still see some good hope specially now that there new research found that coffee is in fact to health. Probably if we take it moderately just like using alec bradley. I am just thankful that I don't do both. A friend of mine's family (mostly the male) are a fan of cigars.

A fireplace and a tv stand
I soo like this one. If only I live in a cold country I probably would save money to buy this one. This is so nice and less space. You could be warming up in a cold night while watching tv programs. You could also just put this in your bed room and get warmed.
I wish I could have a fireplace tv stand I just don't know when and how. There is no way I would be buying that here the Philippines co'z it still hot and humid even in rainy days. Or I might have this if I choose to live up in the mountains where it really gets really cold. But there is no way I'll be doing that co'z I don't have anything to do there.
But what I would really want to do is... to have this in room we are going to rent when we will visit Sagada again.

Beads and accessories!
I have a box full of beads and accessories. I just don't wear it co'z I don't go anywhere a lot and my baby would just pull it from me. There was this one time when I wore a bracelet to church and my baby played with it while we were at the bus. She kept on pulling it until it breaks and the beads scattered on the bus floor. Then if she sees that I have earrings on my ears, she would climb up to me to get that thing on my ear. So now... I just stopped wearing any accessories aside from my wedding ring.
Well women are born to wear accessories I think co'z its always good to have a charm bracelet dangling on your wrist. I actually have a few bracelet that again I don't wear these days. maybe when my baby get older I might wear those again.

Beef Mechado
I'm thinking of cooking beef mechado. I just can't to get beef meat co'z there is none in here (I mean the little house market here in our place).
I went online last to see what I need to buy if in case I'll get to the supermarket.
This is what I found from: Panlasang Pinoy.com
Here's how to cook it:
Heat cooking oil in a pan then saute the garlic and onion.
Put-in the beef and saute for about 3 minutes or until color turns light brown
Add the tomato sauce and water then simmer until the meat is tender. Add water as needed
Add the soy sauce, ground black pepper, lemon rind, laurel leaves, and salt then simmer until excess liquid evaporates
Put-in the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft (about 15 to 25 minutes)
Place in a serving plate then serve hot with rice. Share and Enjoy!
I will definitely post pictures soon.

Praying for a cake from Luisa and Sons
Honestly, I haven't tasted a chocolate cake like luisa and sons cake. Good news is they are just right here in Imus, but the not so good news is... their cake is quite expensive, but every bite is a sure delight.
I just hope and pray the soon enough someone in the house would buy a cake like this again. I repeat it again... hopefully soon!
